Books like The whispering house by Rebecca Wade

When the Price family moves into Cowleigh Lodge while their home is being repaired, fourteen-year-old Hannah discovers that the ghost of a girl who died there at age eleven wants help unraveling the mystery of her 1877 death. As Hannah investigates, she uncovers a family secret that threatens to upend their carefully-laid plans. When Hannah's parents refuse to explain the family history, she turns to her doll collection for answers, but the ghost of Hannah's aunt from the 1870s appears to help, but in a way that challenges the family's beliefs. The more Hannah learns, the more she questions what she thought she knew about her own family, and the past that led them to this place. The whispers of Cowleigh Lodge echo through the attic, with only Hannah to bear the weight of the secrets that lie hidden in the walls.
