Books like Star Wars - Fate of the Jedi - Omen by Christie Golden

The Jedi Order teeters on the brink as Jacen Solo’s transformation into the Sith Lord Darth Caedus casts a shadow over the galaxy. With two Jedi Knights suffering inexplicable psychosis and accusations driving Luke Skywalker into self‑imposed exile, the crisis deepens. Chief of State Natasi Daala fuels anti‑Jedi sentiment to weaken the Order’s influence in the Galactic Alliance. Forbidden from intervening, Luke must unravel the mystery behind Jacen’s fall and the spread of deadly madness among Jedi. Luke’s investigation takes him into the mind‑bending space of the Kathol Rift, where he must negotiate with an alien species willing to destroy outsiders as easily as deal with them. Meanwhile, Jedi Knight Jysella Horn faces a grim fate after her capture, and even the Jedi Grand Master Kenth Hamner appears tempted to bow to Daala’s iron will. Across the galaxy, a long‑forgotten Sith crew, survivors of a crashed starship, have thrived over generations. Their return threatens to reclaim their legendary destiny, but the only obstacle to their rise is a name whispered through the Force: Skywalker.
