Books like Star Wars - Fate of the Jedi - Backlash by Aaron Allston

Following a tragic fall into the dark side, the galaxy is shaken by a plague of madness that corrupts young Jedi. Luke Skywalker and Ben in exile seek the now‑masterless Sith apprentice who escaped the ruthless Mind Walkers and a deadly Sith hit squad. Their pursuit leads them to the forbidding planet Dathomir, where a powerful enclave of dark‑side Force users threatens to aid the apprentice’s escape and forces the Skywalkers into perilous combat. Meanwhile Han Solo and Princess Leia deliver madness‑stricken Jedi from Coruscant to the safe haven of the Transitory Mists, evading the Galactic Alliance. Chief of State Natasi Daala, enraged by the escape, vows to crush Jedi resistance. Amidst this turmoil, a deeper menace lurks in the Maw Cluster: Abeloth, a being of pure dark‑side energy whose call reaches both Jedi and Sith alike. Whether it offers salvation or annihilation, the encounter promises a catastrophic shift in the balance of power. All this unfolds in the latest installment of the Star Wars series, continuing Aaron Allston’s expansive narrative across the galaxy.
