Books like 9 From the Nine Worlds by Rick Riordan

In this compilation of short stories, fans of the Magnus Chase & the Gods of Asgard trilogy follow a familiar troupe of heroes—Hearthstone, Blitzen, Samirah, Alex, Jack, T.J., Mallory, Half‑born, and others—as they navigate the varied realms of the Nine Worlds. Each narrative places the characters in a distinct setting, from bolt‑shivering halls to tangled forests, where they face classic mythological foes such as giants, murderous creatures, and capricious deities. While Magnus is temporarily away, his friends must outwit these obstacles, ultimately striving to delay the looming threat of Ragnarok until he can return.
