Books like Rides a Dread Legion by Raymond E. Feist

As the last remnants of the ancient Clan of the Seven Stars return to Midkemia, they bring the threat of conquest by the Dread Legion. Their arrival coincides with relentless demon hordes that have already devastated the elves' vast empire. Pug, the renowned magician of Midkemia, knows the horrors of the Demon King Maarg and his minions. Realizing that this new threat could surpass any of the world’s past calamities, he seeks to form an uneasy alliance of diverse powers. The Conclave of Shadows brings together the demon‑dealing warlock Amirantha, the demon‑taming cleric Sandreena, the elven Queen Miranda, and the warrior Tomas—former enemies and bitter rivals now bound by a shared fate. Together, they must forge an alliance capable of confronting the Dread Legion and preventing Midkemia’s doom, even as they face the difficult task of trusting one another.
