Books like Blood Brothers by Nora Roberts

A forgotten Pagan stone in small-town Hawkins Hollow has, for centuries, been the center of a sinister covenant. Every July, the locals unknowingly perform unspeakable rites that unleash a destructive force, erasing the memories of those who participate. This cycle of collective madness has earned the town a reputation for possession. Modern reporter and author Quinn Black arrives to investigate the legend for her next book. Although it is only February, Caleb Hawkins, a descendant of the town’s founders, has already sensed the growing threat. His memories of the terror in the woods twenty‑one years ago grow sharper as the signs deepen. Calin, his best friends Fox and Gage, and Quinn must join forces to confront the ancient evil. As winter gives way to spring, the bond between Cal and Quinn strengthens, driving them toward a battle that will reshape their destinies and the future of Hawkins Hollow.
