Books like Bolt action rifles by Frank De Haas

A young hero embarks on a dangerous quest to find a magical animal and save his village from an impending zombie apocalypse.

BOLT ACTION: When Lee Morgan's herd of stallions was wiped out by disease, he let out for the tough-and-tumble town of Seattle and a new life in the lumber business. Morgan thought he was ready to settle down, but there were two folks who wouldn't let him rest: a voluptuous partner with equal experience in business and in bed - and a ruthless Russian timber baron whose as-wilding henchmen were out to cut Morgan up like a pile of kindling. TRIGGER GUARD: Shooting wandering revolutionaries in Mexico was the last thing Morgan ever thought he'd get mixed up in, but bitter and down on his luck, he had no choice but to accept Don Luis d'Capana's offer. Things soon got hotter than a jalapeno pepper when he found his back to the wall and his front pressed up against a red-haired hot tamale with a taste for American gunslingers.
