Books like Cross roads by Fern Michaels

A year and a half after receiving presidential pardons, the Sisterhood—women who once fought for liberation—find themselves trapped by lucrative yet isolating positions at a mysterious Global Securities firm. Their high‑profile lives, scattered across the globe, cut them off from one another. A welcome return to a Virginia farmhouse ends abruptly when Nikki and Kathryn’s private jet is hijacked. The hijackers are not ordinary passengers; they are a select team of Interpol agents who need the Sisterhood’s covert expertise for a critical assignment. The women must choose whether to answer the call for another dangerous task that could bring revenge or to try to outwit powerful adversaries willing to employ drastic measures. Their lives, their friendship, and the freedom they've earned hang in the balance.
