Books like The Hidden Dangers of the Rainbow by Constance Cumbey

THE HIDDEN DANGERS OF THE RAINBOW was the first major book to take a critical look at the New Age Movement from a monotheistic, Christian perspective. The author also addresses issues of concern to Jews and Moslems as New Age characterized "peoples of the book." Political, sociological and religious aspects of the New Age Movement are examined along with ominous parallels to former movements, included but not limited to Nazism. "Deep ecology," "spirituality," "meditation," and other New Age themes are addressed, contrasting same with Christian orthodoxy. Full page newspaper ads ran in 1982 proclaiming THE CHRIST ARE NOW HERE as well as anti-Semitic, anti-Monotheistic themes in New Age books such as those of the Theosophical Society, Lucis Trust (Alice Bailey books), and others are addressed. A section is included on how to gently help those presently embedded in the "New Age" and allied movements.

The New World Order by 11184014|Mark Dice book cover

πŸ“˜ The New World Order
 by Mark Dice

What is the New World Order? Proponents say that it's an anticipated new era of global cooperation between diverse nations and cultures aimed at ushering in a utopia providing all the earth's citizens with everything they need. Detractors claim it's the systematic take-over by secret societies, quasi-government entities and corporations who are covertly organizing a global socialist all-powerful government which aims to regulate every aspect of citizens lives, rendering them a perpetual working-class while the elite leadership lives in luxury. Mark Dice looks at the evidence, claims, and conspiracy theories as he takes you down the rabbit hole to The New World Order.

The authoritarian personality by 8183545|Theodor W. Adorno book cover

πŸ“˜ The authoritarian personality

This monumental work, complete here in one volume, undertakes to determine scientifically what distinctive personality traits characterize the phenomenon of prejudice. The authors' purpose is to discover the social psychological factors which have made it possible for the authoritarian type of man - a new concept of an "anthropological" species - to threaten the survival of the individualistic and democratic type prevalent in the past century and a half of our civilization. The book mobilizes the skills of the different branches of the social sciences in one common research program. Experts in the fields of social theory and depth psychology, depth analysis, clinical psychology, political sociology and projective testing have pooled their methods and resources. Working in the closest cooperation, they here present a detailed picture of the authoritarian type of man. By isolating the destructive germ of the authoritarian personality, the book lays a major foundation for long-range attack upon the anti-democratic forces in modern society. (from the back cover.)
