It includes subjects as varied as planning meals to answering extremely intimate questions.

Well i have read front to back the book his wife Helen Andelin wrote, and it helped me very much in my roll as the wife and mother, i am certain this book will do the same for the husband and father. GOOOOD READS for certain!! Excellent book, a must read for all young men.
