Mackenzie Mack‑Dalton owns a popular neighborhood bar in Milwaukee that everyone knows. One night she stumbles upon a dead body in the alley behind her establishment, a place that also holds the memory of her father’s shooting eight months earlier. Possessing extra perceptive senses from a neurological glitch, Mack has a keen eye for details that others miss. The crime scene draws a detective who believes the new murder and her father’s killing are connected. He enlists Mack’s help to sift through the evidence—and the eccentric regulars who frequent the bar—in order to find the killer. Yet as the investigation progresses, the evidence increasingly points to Mack herself as the prime suspect, turning the friendly hangout into a courtroom of suspicion. She must use her unique talents to prove her innocence and uncover the truth before she faces an arrest and a dead‑end quiet. "Murder on the Rocks" blends mystery and detective elements with a vibrant local setting, focusing on a bar as both a community hub and a crime scene.
