Books like Witchling by Yasmine Galenorn

The D’Artigo sisters—Delilah, Menolly, and Camille—are half‑human, half‑faerie operatives. Delilah turns into a tabby cat when stressed, Menolly is a vampire still learning her undead ways, and Camille is a witch whose magic is as unpredictable as the weather. Their mixed‑blood heritage both empowers and complicates their work for the Otherworld Intelligence Agency. When Jocko, a fellow operative, is found murdered at the Wayfarer Inn—a portal between Earth and the Otherworld—the sisters are assigned to prevent the shadowy leader Shadow Wing from using it to invade humanity. Shadow Wing, the ruthless ruler of the Subterranean Realms, threatens to turn both worlds into his personal playground. With only the sisters and their chaotic talents standing in his way, they must outwit the demons and protect Earth from a looming supernatural catastrophe.
