Books like Aberraciones by Alberto Jiménez Ure

Irreconcilable with its own purportedly inverted premise, the book’s author invites readers to recognize darkness as an intrinsic part of humanity. Through a close examination of the concept of shadow, the text argues that accepting one’s inner imperfections—ranging from incest to violence—helps bring about a fuller sense of personal identity. It emphasizes that the process of confronting these aspects involves a psychological transformation often likened to an exorcism, wherein repressed self is brought to light and examined.
